Notice of the 2023 Annual General Meeting of the Lotus Sports Club
The Lotus Sports Club (the “Society”) will hold its 2023 Annual General Meeting at the Lotus Sports Club, Barnet Marine Park, on Saturday, October 28, 2023 at 11:30am.
The AGM will include Directors’ reports of activities and accomplishments for the past year, approval of financial statements for the current fiscal year, and election of directors. For more information on the positions open on the Board of Directors, please see the Fall Newsletter.
As per Section 3.10 of the club by-laws, additional items that members wish to be included on this year’s agenda must be properly presented – please contact club President, Greg Bodin, at gregbo@gmail.com. Voting by proxy is not permitted.
