Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting of the Lotus Sports Club
The Lotus Sports Club (the “Society”) will hold its 2026 Annual General Meeting at the Lotus Sports Club, Barnet Marine Park, on Saturday, October 31, 2026 at 11:00 am.
The AGM will include review and approval of the Fiscal 2026 Financial Statement to August 31, 2026, Directors’ Reports of activities and accomplishments for the past year, and Election of next year's Directors.
As per Section 3.10 of the club by-laws, additional items that members wish to be included on this year’s agenda must be properly presented – please contact the President, Caroline Dagg, at carolinedagg976@gmail.com Voting by proxy is not permitted.
